Visitor Policy

Dear visitor,

We recognize that the support of family members and the company of loved ones can help the healing process of patients during their stay in the hospital. For the sake of your loved one's health and your own, please consider the following:

  • Visiting hours are 10:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
  • In extraordinary cases (emergency inpatients), please contact the Night Manager.
  • Children under 12 have weaker immune system. For the sake of your children's well-being, please do not bring them with you when you are visiting.
  • We implement a special dietary program addressed to patients. Do not bring outside food and/or beverages into the patient’s room.
  • We do not allow flowers in the rooms due to the risk of infection. Please leave the flowers with an attached "flower card" for the person in charge to deliver to the patient at the time of discharge.
  • After the surgery or treatment, the doctor will visit the patient's room to provide information; so, please wait for your patient in the room during the procedure.
  • It is risky for your patient's well-being to have two visitors in the room at the same time after surgery.
  • To maintain hygiene, please do not sit on the patient's bed while you visit.
  • Hand hygiene is of great importance to both the visitors and the patients. Please use the hand sanitizer provided in patient rooms before and after your visit.
  • Limit the length of your visit to a maximum of 10 minutes for each visit.
  • For the comfort of patients, avoid activities that may disturb patients in the hospital during your visit. Please follow the instructions regarding the use of cell phones.
  • For the patient's health, please comply with any visitation and/or companionship restrictions imposed by the physician.
